Not only will you have fun, and drink delicious beer, you will have transportation to and from the breweries and/or distilleries. We do everything you could imagine for a special party and we get pretty creative! We'll show your guests a day out that will never be matched, nor forgotten.  Not only are the breweries lively, the brewery owners, employees and Brewmasters who host us are SO cool and fun and will certainly show your group a memorable and great time! And guess what? Nobody needs to drive, as you'll all ride comfortably in your chosen vehicle from the Beer Bus Fleet.  Show that someone special in your life the gift of a Little Beer Bus Party or just grab a group of beer lovin friends and book a tour!  

Our Signature Beer Tour party package is listed below, but you can also choose ANY of our other great combination tours listed under “our tours” as many do such as “The Winery & Brewery Combination Tour” that caters and pleases both the wine AND all beer lovers in your party!  

How Do You Book A Beer Bus Tour/Party/Event?* Easy!  Just call us and secure your special day in our book with all your pertinent details. We require a $250 refundable deposit via check or credit card and everyone pays day of at the first brewery cash or credit card.  When we receive your deposit we book all your reservations and then create a fine-tuned and perfectly organized itinerary/invite of your entire day to send to your guests via e-mail with all the fun details of your day! **

$155/Per Person*
The perfect way to celebrate any special occasion! We will arrange your private pick-up in our bus, limousine, town car, corporate SUV or van for your party. We include a tour to three (3) great Hudson Valley breweries along the Hudson Valley Beer Trail. When you arrive, you’ll each get a beer to start and venture inside the cool brewing room with the brewmasters for a fun tour & taste more beers after. Celebrate a birthday, bachelorette or bachelor party in a way that will be talked about for years. Your private tour includes transportation, gratuity for driver, 5-6 beer tastings/beer garden(s) at 3 breweries, full lunch, goodie bags, beer beads, special birthday/bachelorette/bachelor gift bag with fun stuff for party person & nice presents, special big beer mug for the party person, with a complimentary beer, all birthday/bachelorette decorations, snacks, bottles of water, a grand brewery tour & quality time with the brewmasters. Time to hang out at each brewery and drink and have fun! Customizable elements include beer themed cakes or cupcakes, decorated vehicle for party and more, just ask us for any special requests.

BEER TOUR THEMED PARTIES:  $155/Per Person* 
Get adventurous and create your own themed party.  If a music themed party’s your thing, we’ll organize a 70′s disco or 80′s style bus.  How about a St. Patricks Day or Mardi Gras theme?….or get creative, and we’ll turn your ideas into reality.  We’ll decorate the bus with the appropriate decor, and include all the party elements of our famous “Take Me To The Brewski” tour with everything that fits your creativity and your budget.

**Special Notes:
If you are looking for a group event to Tuthilltown Spirits Distillery, we will require 3 weeks advanced booking due to popularity.

Always have your ID showing 21 and over. The Distilleries check identification every time and will not serve you if you forget it.

Discounts are available for students, seniors, military, travel agents and wine/beer industry professionals on some trips. A tip for the tour guide will be additional based on amount of people on your tour.

Please review our entire Cancellation Policy before booking your tour with us. We will ask you to acknowledge it via e-mail.

Credit cards all have a 5% processing fee for single tickets or entire amounts put on a credit card. We will honor a check if it is sent and cleared 5 days before your party.
We cater to food allergies, but must know in advance of the tour.
