Let our Certified Travel Counselors and Certified Meeting Professionals with over 18 years of experience in travel and event planning arrange your perfect beer tour, special party or corporate event.  We know the beer and wine trail very well and know what can be accomplished while having a great time!  Let us captivate you with our fun and creative, yet highly educational tours and events! (prices vary w/vehicle choice, and number of people/group size)  Call or e-mail us for additional details and pricing. We arrange the buses, (we have 7 size buses from a 12-56 passenger including 2 buses fully equipped for Karaoke, they are very popular) also limousines (we have 6 sizes), luxury Lincoln town cars, luxury SUV’s, Limo style buses and vans.  Private pick-ups are available in the entire tri-state area. On every tour, our fun and knowledgeable tour guide(s) will meet you at the first brewery stop to greet your group, get you started and then meet you at each brewery to ensure a perfect and organized fun-filled day. We keep you on time, serve lunch, take your pictures, set-up the parties and cakes & more.  All Corporate Events will have a tour guide(s) as well, and actually be on the bus from start to finish hosting your entire day.  See below how to book your event.

“TAKE ME TO THE BREWSKI!” BEER TOUR:  $155/Per Person*
Our most popular beer tour to see The Hudson Valley Beer Trail!  We will arrange your private pick-up in our bus, limousine, town car, corporate SUV or van for your party. We include a tour to three (3) great Hudson Valley breweries along the Hudson Valley Beer Trail. Your tour includes 5-6 generous beer tastings/beer garden(s) at each brewery, a grand brewery tour with a beer in hand & quality time w/brewmasters, full lunch, snacks, bottles of water, raffle prize, time to relax and have fun in the breweries and/or outdoor beer gardens and enjoy quality time with friends and/or family with pints, pitchers, or growlers of beer! Most breweries have tons of games to play as well. (beanbag toss, air hockey, darts, foosball, cards, bocci ball & more! (Our tour guide will meet you at the first stop to get you started and meet you at each brewery thereafter to ensure a perfect & fun-filled day! For Corporate Events we include some great team building activities.

The perfect way to celebrate any special occasion! We will arrange your private pick-up in our bus, limousine, town car, corporate SUV or van for your party. We include a tour to three (3) great Hudson Valley breweries along the Hudson Valley Beer Trail. When you arrive, you’ll each get a beer to start and venture inside the cool brewing room with the brewmasters for a fun tour & taste more beers after. Celebrate a birthday, bachelorette or bachelor party in a way that will be talked about for years. Your private tour includes transportation, gratuity for driver, 5-6 beer tastings/beer garden(s) at 3 breweries, full lunch, goodie bags for all, special birthday/bachelorette/bachelor gift bag with fun stuff for party person & nice presents, special big beer mug for party person with a complimentary beer, all birthday/bachelorette decorations, snacks, bottles of water, a grand brewery tour & quality time with the brewmasters. We can also arrange Hudson River kayak adventures around Bannerman’s island castle, ziplining down mountains, ski and golf packages, clay and skeet shooting, scenic boat rides up and down the great Hudson River, spa packages, meditating and detoxifying hikes along the lakes and mountains, visits to the farmers markets or a true Hops farm visit, West Point Museum, Woodbury Commons Outlets, Orange County Choppers, and more. We are extremely creative in planning your perfect weekend getaway along The Hudson Valley Beer Trail and The Hudson Valley Wine Trail.

Tour (2) Hudson Valley wineries and (1) Hudson Valley brewery in a single day OR (2) breweries and (1) winery.  Your tour includes transportation, driver gratuity, lunch, goodie bags with snacks and more, cheese, cracker and fruit platter with wine tasting, bottles of water, 5-6 beer or wine tastings at each winery and brewery, a signature wine glass to take home, and educational overview on your grand brewery and grand wine cellar tour, time to relax in the wineries/breweries/vineyards/beer gardens to enjoy quality time with friends and/or family, raffle prizes, and educational time and Q & A time with the brewmasters or winemakers.

THE HUDSON VALLEY BREWERY & HOPS FARM TOUR:

Tour (3) Hudson Valley Breweries in a single day and one of them is on a scenic and fantastic true Hops Farm!  Meet with the Brewmaster as he shows you his amazing Hops Farm while giving you and your group a highly educational tour and after, leads you to his charming tasting room to taste some of his delicious beers made from his own growing hops!! After, you will visit two cool and fun breweries!  Your tour includes transportation, driver gratuity, lunch, goodie bags with snacks and more, bottles of water, 4-6 beer tastings/beer gardens at each brewery and hops farm, and time to relax at each of the breweries and/or hops farm/beer gardens to enjoy pints or pitchers of delicious Hudson Valley beer and quality time with friends and/or family as well as educational time and Q & A time with the Brewmasters.

THE HUDSON VALLEY BREWERY & GRAND DISTILLERY TOUR: 
$160/Per Person*
This package is especially great for bachelor parties! Tour (2) Hudson Valley Breweries and (1) amazing Hudson Valley Distillery.  Your tour includes transportation, driver gratuity, full lunch, goodie bags with snacks and more, snifter glass, bottles of water, 5-6 beer tastings at each Brewery, 3-5 spirit tastings at a Distillery. You will get a fun, yet highly educational overview during your Grand Brewery and Grand Distillery Tour. After, take   time to relax in the breweries and/or beer gardens to enjoy quality time with friends and/or family, raffle prize, and quality time and Q & A with the Brewmasters and Distillers. You wil have plenty of time to drink good beer and enjoy friends.

STEAK AND BREWSKI DINNERS W/THE BREWMASTER:

Have a private dinner in a Brewery along with the head Brewmaster who will teach you the history of beer making in the Hudson Valley. You will have a delicious dinner paired with beers with C.I.A. (Culinary Institute of America) trained chefs while getting a private discussion and education on brewing. The chef will prepare food braised in beers and we can even sample beer ice cream and beer themed desserts.  Perfect for birthdays and corporate events! This is a custom made tour specific to each group.

BREWSKI LUNCH AND LEARN W/THE BREWMASTER:

Have a private lunch in a brewery along with the head Brewmaster who will teach you the history of beer making in the Hudson Valley. You will have you lunch paired with beers while having a roundtable discussion and education on brewing.  The chef will prepare food braised in beer and we even sample beer ice cream and beer themed desserts!  Perfect for birthdays and corporate events! This is a custom made tour specific to each group.

BEER TOUR THEMED PARTIES:  $155/Per Person* 
Get adventurous and create your own themed party.  If a music themed party’s your thing, we’ll organize a 70′s disco or 80′s style bus.  How about a St. Patricks Day or Mardi Gras theme?….or get creative, and we’ll turn your ideas into reality.  We’ll decorate the bus with the appropriate decor, and include all the party elements of our famous “Take Me To The Brewski” tour with everything that fits your creativity and your budget.

How Do You Book A Beer Bus Tour/Party/Event?* Easy!  Just call us and secure your special day in our book with all your pertinent details. We require a $250 refundable deposit via check or credit card and everyone pays day of at the first brewery cash or credit card.  When we receive your deposit we book all your reservations and then create a fine-tuned and perfectly organized itinerary/invite of your entire day to send to your guests via e-mail with all the fun details of your day! **

**Special Notes:
If you are looking for a group event to Tuthilltown Spirits Distillery, we will require 3 weeks advanced booking due to popularity.
Always have your ID showing 21 and over. The Distilleries check identification every time and will not serve you if you forget it.
Discounts are available for students, seniors, military, travel agents and wine/beer industry professionals on some trips. A tip for the tour guide will be additional based on amount of people on your tour.

Credit cards all have a 5% processing fee for single tickets or entire amounts put on a credit card. We will honor a check if it is sent and cleared 5 days before your party.
We cater to food allergies, but must know in advance of the tour.
